Opening Doors to a Stronger and Healthier South Asian Community
Raksha celebrates its tenth anniversary with a night of dinner, dancing and awards at SCAD Atlanta’s trendy midtown ballroom.
Atlanta, Ga. Raksha is proud to announce an April gala to celebrate its tenth anniversary. The upscale event will be held on April 22, 2005 in the ballroom of the Savannah College of Art and Design’s new Atlanta campus. With the addition of dinner, dancing, and guest speakers, it will be much more than just another night of entertainment. We want to put on a great event for the community that celebrates Raksha’s power of change,” explains Raksha director, Aparna Bhattacharyya.
The gala will present keynote speakers, an awards ceremony, entertainment featuring South Asian talent, and before the event, a VIP cocktail hour. There will also be a silent auction featuring local celebrities, local artists, and great prizes. Delicious Indian food will be catered by Bhojanic restaurant. Ticket prices are $100/$150 VIP.
