We are deeply grateful to NAAAP Atlanta & Kimberly-Clark for hosting this donation drive/solidarity walk for us! Join us on Saturday, August 3rd from 9am-11am for a School Donation Drive and Walk of Solidarity with survivors. This event aims to support Raksha survivors, raise awareness about their journey towards healing and empowerment, and provide students materials needed for school. If you cannot make the event in person on 8/3, feel free to walk with us virtually at your home or other location of your choosing.
Activities during the in person event will include:
- Donation Drop-off: Bring your donated items to support families and survivors of Raksha.
- Check out our amazon wish list for school supplies/ Raksha needs.
- Sorting Donations: Help us organize and prepare donated items for distribution.
- Walk of Solidarity: Join us in a symbolic walk to show support and solidarity with survivors.
- Survivor’s Story: Hear firsthand from a survivor about her inspiring journey.
- Decorate Canvas Pencil Bags: Create colorful and uplifting pencil bags to donate with the school supplies.
Donations can be sent via Amazon or dropped off in Donation Boxes in Building 300, 400, and 600 at Kimberly-Clark’s office in Roswell (address on above graphic).
Together, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of survivors and contribute to building a supportive community. If you’re unable to join us in person, consider making a purchase on the Amazon wishlist prior to August 3rd.
